it was a great stay during weekend to newquay. location was marvellous and particularly good, relatively close to towan beach.

The bedroom with a garden view was amazing. 🌱 It had a bathtub, which was a great feature of staying in Bay 4.

Despite the name, the apartment block didn't have an ocean view, but it was so close that it didn't matter. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished with top-notch fixtures and fittings. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the quality of the bedding was superb. The owners were proactive in sharing information and everything was clear and easy. I also appreciated the little private outdoor area, perfect for enjoying meals and socializing outdoors. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a TV and WiFi, making it suitable for any weather. The price was excellent and the overall value for money was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The apartment was easy to locate and the instructions provided upon arrival were helpful. The parking, although tight, was expected for an underground parking. The apartment itself was great, with a garden instead of a terrace, and the bedrooms were superb. The master bedroom's ensuite was a great addition. The bed was absolutely fabulous, making it difficult for me to get out of bed in the morning. The location was also a major plus, with only a 5-minute walk to the town centre and the beach. I would highly recommend this property for a short stay weekend or even a longer vacation.

The communication from the owner was excellent, and instructions for check-in were clear. I also appreciated the provided dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The nearby Lewinnick Lodge restaurant served delicious food. I would highly recommend this property for a short or longer stay.

Couldn't see the ocean from my room. Disappointing since it's called "Ocean Views.

Stayed in a place with a patio, parking, and WiFi - fancy! Also, so close to the airport and beautiful beaches. Loved having a terrace too, made me feel like a VIP.

Location: In the heart of Newquay, this apartment is perfectly situated for exploring all the popular points of interest nearby. With Towan Beach and Great Western Beach just a short distance away, you'll have endless opportunities for sun, sand, and surf.

Minor issue: Perhaps one more easy chair would have been ideal. We found ourselves improvising by bringing a terrace chair inside to comfortably gather around the coffee table for a board game.
